Words with Friends
Actions Speak Louder than Words. Ugh. How heart wrenchingly accurate of a statement this is. How many of us are in fact guilty of attempting to verbalize, or write out our supposed “feelings”, but at the end of the day, left feeling they’re just words. Words that we may want to be true. Words, we know others want to hear. Or just that, words. I believe our actions carry far more weight than the pretty sentences we design with our minds. What are we doing to make these clever analogies come alive. I challenge you as well as myself. To give value back to our words. To make them meaningful again. To put it best: your “money where your mouth is.” From this point on. Or maybe,we can start with just being a bit more cautious of what comes out of our mouths.
